Interclube took the first quarter 22-11 but lost the second quarter 15-27 to D’Agosto. Going to the halftime break, InterClube was trailing by 1 point as the score was 38-37 in favor of D’Agosto. But Interclube came out strong in the third quarter to win it by 13-09 points to take six points lead going into the last quarter. Despite D’Agosto wining the last quarter 13-11, InterClube hold on to win the Championship by single point.

Eagle Wings basketball club of Kenya won the third place defeating First Deepwater basketball club of Nigeria 67-64. First Deepwater basketball club of Nigeria won the fair-play trophy.

Total of 8 clubs participated in the 19th edition of FIBA AFRICA Champions Cup Women which was held at Meknes, Morocco from 22 November to 1 December 2013.
